"Reception was suburb. Check in was a breeze. Check out was a breeze. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with Vienna tourism attractions and getting around. Room was fabulous and clean. Kudos to the cleaning staff. Location of the hotel was excellent. Close to Vienna old town and close to tram system. In all, a fabulous stay in Vienna and at the Hotel Secession an der oper."
